Mobile Terms of Service

The Sonreir Teeth Whitening SMS service (the “Service”) is operated by Sonreir Teeth Whitening (“Sonreir”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS communications from Sonreir, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

SMS Communications

The Service is used to send SMS messages relating to your appointments and services with Sonreir. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment changes and relevant post-appointment information.

Message frequency will vary depending on your bookings and interactions with Sonreir.

You do not have to consent to SMS communications to purchase products or services from Sonreir.

Charges

Sonreir does not charge you for receiving SMS messages. Your mobile service provider may charge you for receiving or sending text messages, depending on your mobile plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile service provider.

Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS communications from Sonreir at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in an SMS message or by contacting us at rebecca@sonreir.com.au.

Please note that opting out of SMS communications may mean you no longer receive appointment reminders or other service-related messages by text message.

Mobile Number

You are responsible for providing Sonreir with an accurate and current mobile phone number. If your mobile number changes, please let us know so that we can update your details.

Sonreir is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered or incorrectly delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including issues with mobile networks or service providers.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our SMS service, business practices or applicable laws.

The current version of these Mobile Terms will be made available on our website.
